When the chicken soup turns golden, has a layer of chicken fat on the surface, a fragrant ginger aroma, and a natural sweet taste, add the young ginger leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some black pepper (or Sichuan pepper for additional flavor) to enhance the richness. Turn off the heat and serve the soup hot.
